ISD Process Model -
Psi Upsilon Fraternity
An Instructional System Design model for improving educational outcomes for a college fraternity I advise at Duke University.
One of the major projects in ECI 516 - Design and Evaluation of Instructional Materials was to create an Instructional Systems Design model for a human process or system. I chose to analyze and develop a model for improving outcomes for a college fraternity at Duke University that I advise.
This document demonstrates the entire ISD process, from identifying problems, to recommending systemic solutions, to evaluating and predicting obstacles and outcomes. These same skills apply to any learning design project I may be assigned in the future, from designing new user training curriculum to developing a new database UI.
